This is an Action Alert from the Naturist Action Committee. NAC is asking for your immediate involvement in an effort to have the State of California create officially designated areas for clothing-optional recreation in state parks.
CALIFORNIA STATE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION
The California State Park and Recreation Commission is NOT the same thing as the State Parks and Recreation Department. The Commission has specific authorities and responsibilities which are defined in California law. Those include the approval of general plans for units of the State Park System, classifying units of the System, establishing general policies for the guidance of the Director of State Parks in the administration, protection and development of the System, and recommending to the Director a comprehensive recreation policy for the state.
As allowed by law, NAC and its allies have submitted a petition asking that portions of specified state parks be set aside for clothing-optional recreation. The State Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has had the properly submitted petition for more than a year and has not acted on it.
NAC is looking for the State Park bureaucracy to assert some leadership. The Commission has the authority and the responsibility to establish general policy and to recommend policy to DPR, and that’s what NAC is seeking.
ACTION 1: ATTEND COMMISSION’S PUBLIC MEETING ON JULY 8, 2011 If you’re in the northern California area, NAC requests that you attend a public meeting of the State Park and Recreation Commission that is scheduled to be held in Sacramento on Friday, July 8, 2011.

e) Be clear. Say that you SUPPORT the petition asking for designation of clothing-optional areas in units of the State Park System.
Writing / speaking points:
a) Clothing-optional use is a publicly accepted form of recreation in California. A 2009 statewide poll commissioned by the Naturist Education Foundation and conducted by the prestigious firm of Zogby International indicates that 79% of California adults agree that people should be able to enjoy nude sunbathing on a beach or other location that is designated for that purpose. See the 2009 NEF-California Poll at: www.naturisteducation.org/nef.ca.poll.2009/
b) From that same 2009 poll of Californians, an impressive 70% believe that governments should set aside land for clothing-optional recreational use. Sixty-two percent believe specifically that the California State Park system should do so.
c) The California legislature has already established the authority for designation of clothing-optional recreation areas, under section 4322 of the California Code of Regulations. The Department of Parks and Recreation has the authority to designate TODAY, if it chose to do so.
d) The members of the Commission understand their obligation to the people. They have routinely made and recommended designations for special usages in parks throughout the State of California. Clothing-optional recreation is just another special usage.
e) For thirty years, the Parks Department’s Cahill Policy allowed a means to manage for clothing-optional recreation in units of the State Park system. The nullification of the Cahill Policy has left the department with no statewide policy to address a form of recreation that’s obviously popular with the public. The submitted petition proposes a specific way to address the management of clothing-optional recreation.
f) It is the responsibility of the Commission to advise the Department on matters of policy. We are asking the members of the Commission to act on that responsibility.

Roberto Cavalli Leopard Print Dresses and Accesories

HAUL: Ever Bilena, Fashion 21, Maybelline, Etude House
I've just started to enter the makeup artistry industry. I'm now completing the tools and other stuff that a makeup artist should have. Recently, I've been trying on different types of makeups and different brands as well.
Here are my latest purchases:
They are just basically mascaras and lip products because I've been obsessed in collecting lipsticks and lip glosses recently.
MASCARAS:
The mascaras that I bought are Maybelline's Extreme Stiletto mascara and Etude House's Oh m'ye lash double up longlash. These are both in dry formula and they are both lengthening but the Extreme Stiletto works better if you really want to have an outcome of longer lashes. But Oh m'ye lash is okay, too, plus it's cheaper. It only costs 199 Php while the Extreme Stiletto costs 349 Php.
LIPPIES:
I fell in love with Ever Bilena's matte lipsticks. The quality is nice and it's actually affordable. It costs 135 Php each. The first EB matte lipsticks I purchased were Love That Red and Off Beat Pink. I bought them last October 2010. Then, when I entered the makeup industry, I decided to complete the matte lipstick collection of Ever Bilena. There are 12 shades (if I'm not mistaken) but sadly I only have 5 shades of them. Because I always stick to my budget, I decided to buy a few at a time. The latest EB matte lipsticks that I bought are Scarlet, Mirrored Mocha, and Mauvey. As expected, they are all awesome and really pigmented. However, mauvey comes out a little light since it's shade is close to a nude, natural color.

The last things that I bought are lip glosses. First is the Fashion 21 Colour Shine liquid lipstick. I have two of them. I actually bought the first one a month ago and it's the shade #9. I love it! It goes perfect over a pink and brown-ish shade of lipsticks. I thought this item is great so I bought another shade and it's the shade #3. It's red and I chose that shade because I love red. It's amazing because it's really pigmented. Fashion 21 Colour Shine liquid lipstick only costs 100 Php! I love them and they smell so sweet like candy! The next lip glosses that I bought are Ever Bilena's Advance smooth lips in Chocolate and Shimmering Mauve. They only cost 75 Php each! However, the shades are very light and sheer.

As you can see in the picture above, the Fashion 21 Colour Shine liquid lipsticks are more pigmented than Ever Bilena's Advance Smooth Lips.

Makeup inspired by Preview Magazine Cover June 2011 issue
and this is my version of it:
So, I was at the mall with my mom and my my boyfriend a couple of days ago when I saw the June issue of Preview magazine in a bookstore. It immediately caught my eye and my attention, not because of the headlines but because of the people featured in the cover and they are the Island girls: Heart Evangelista, Solenn Heussaff, Lovi Poe, and Marian Rivera (Temptation Island). I thought they were all beautiful in that shot. I loved their makeup so I bought it!
This month’s cover inspiration of the Preview magazine is RETRO ROMANCE. They were all wearing Marc Jacobs’ S/S 2011 collection which are actually influenced by the ’70s. Flowers pinned on the side of the head ala Ali MacGrawfor the hair (perfect for the ’70s) and deep purple tones on the lids and bright red for lips for the makeup. I just fell in love with their looks so I decided to create a look just like theirs.

Call Center TKI | Pusat Pengaduan TKI
Kepala BNP2TKI Moh Jumhur Hidayat mengatakan pusat pengaduan Halo TKI 24 jam per hari tanpa henti itu untuk meningkatkan peran perlindungan dan membantu penyelesaian masalah para TKI yang ada di tanah air dan di luar negeri.
Menurut Jumhur Hidayat, kepala BNP2TKI, call center TKI ini sudah dipersiapkan sejak awal tahun dan bukan dipicu oleh kasus Ruyati. Call Center TKI berfungsi untuk melayani pelaporan, pengaduan TKI dan keluarga TKI didalam dan luar negeri.
Berbagai pengaduan mengenai permasalahan atau kasus TKI akan dilayani oleh para petugas `Call Center` yang sudah dilatih dengan baik, untuk bersikap cekatan dan tanggap dalam menghadapi kasus aduan telepon atau langsung.

Pusat pengaduan Halo TKI berlokasi di area Kantor BNP2TKI, Jalan MT Haryono Kav 52 Jakarta Selatan.
Pengaduan Masalah TKI Lewat SMS:
Pengaduan SMS ke nomor 7266 itu menggunakan cara: ketik ACA#TKI#NAMA PENGIRIM#KASUS/MASALAH YANG DIADUKAN dan ditulis dalam huruf kapital.
Call Center TKI atau Pusat Pengaduan TKI bermasalah
Layanan Halo TKI dalam negeri 0-800-1000 dan luar negeri 62-21-292-44-800 merupakan layanan 24 jam dan bebas pulsa khusus untuk dalam negeri.
Nah untuk pengaduan TKI Bermasalah dari luar negeri dapat melapor dengan cara
Untuk pengaduan telepon dari luar negeri dapat menggunakan nomor telepon +6221 29244800 namun tidak bebas pulsa.
Hal yang sama berlaku untuk pengaduan TKI bermasalah dengan SMS ke nomor 7266 dari luar negeri.
