Foods alowed: chicken soup and apple compote

- Apple Compote
- water - even more than 2 liters per day


Prohibited Foods:With this diet you can not really eat more than soup and apple compote ... so you will refrain from any kind of other food.
Strictly forbidden are salt, sugar, flour and alcohol.

The Nicoleta Luciu Diet Plan:
Breakfast: A large cup of apple compote, portion that can be repeated during the morning
Lunch: A big bowl of chicken soup, serving can be repeated during the morning
Dinner: Obviously, chicken broth or apple compote


How to cook apple compote and wonder soup?
For the compote, add 7 diced or cut apple slices to 2 liters of water. Boil the composition until the apples get a softer consistency.

Chicken soup should be made ​​with boneless chicken without skin (chest or legs) and as many kinds of vegetables (celery, peppers, green peppers, carrots), but never potatoes, rice or noodles).
