Missoni Spring Summer 2012 show

From its massive Target launch in the U.S., Missoni shifted to it's Milan Fashion Week show in Italy this week.

For the lineup, designer Angela Missoni brightened up the label’s signature zigzags with vibrant shades of blue, yellow and purple, mixed the fabrics, like fringe, crochet, netting and knits to create texture-heavy looks, while dashes of animal print provided a party-ready feel.

Playful proportions came in the form of asymmetrical hemlines and huge ruffles on dresses, skirts, sweaters and swimsuits, and 3D flower-embellished platforms topped off the looks.
