When Peter Bassin, 68, showed waitresses at The Mine Shaft Tavern a picture of himself astride a white horse — wearing nothing but his guns, boots and cowboy hat — they didn’t throw him out. “One of the waitresses looked at it and said, ‘You are hot, hot, hot,’ ” Bassin said.
